About Us

Our club originated back in 1972 when a group of local riders decided to join together to establish and maintain the local snowmobile trails around Mineral Point, WI.  Everyone at the meetings in the early days called the booze they were drinking "Tea".  So, when they went to decide on the club's name, they settled on the T-riders Snowmobile club.

We are the local club that helps manage and maintain the snowmobile trails in and around Mineral Point, WI.   We work with other organizations including the Iowa County Snowmobile Alliance, the Lafayette County Snowmobile Alliance, and the Cheese County Trail.

Our club maintains over 70 miles of trails running from Ridgeway going into Governor Dodge State Park, coming back to Mineral Point, going to Belmont and a club trail to Rewey.  The trail to Rewey is a club trail and isn't state funded, but work is being done to get state funding so grooming will hopefully start happening on the club trail to Rewey in the near future.

Most of our trails are state funded and therefore parts of your snowmobile registration and trail pass money that you pay to the state comes to our club to maintain the trails.  However, this amount of money isn't enough to keep up with the costs of maintaining the trails, so we hold fundraising events every year.  Below is a list of our fundraising events.  Click here to see more about each event.

  • $1000 Cash raffle drawn in December every year.
